Everyone was accommodating from the moment we walked in until it was time to leave; it was a family vacation, and we all had a great time. From the adults to the kids, we would love to come back again soon.
Our stay was great! Excellent price for value. The food was excellent, and the friendliness and helpfulness were impressive. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Location is amazing.
Great little resort with excellent service overall. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The food is good with a healthy option of choice all staff is pleased and friendly. Adrian, the concierge, was very helpful in getting us set up in a room that suited my needs due to my disability. Nice place. Not too big great staff.
This hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself is ready for some updates, but the staff makes it almost perfect with their cozumel private tour el cielo recommendations. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again. Thanks to Israel in the Sky bar for closing out our evening every night.
We loved this little resort. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to the Malecon and romantic zone. The beautiful main pool area and the adults only area with the shallow pool and built-in lounge chairs was perfect. The bar up there was only open Fri/Sat/, but I’m assuming that’s because it was low season while we were there.
Quiet in the evenings. The last call is pretty early compared to my other experiences in Mexico, and food was excellent. Omelets were amazing. So we’re the pastries. Would definitely stay again.
The location is central to everything, and the staff is excellent. Beds are awful. Nights are loud. Lots of drunk people making noise through the halls at night.AC in our room wasn’t working correctly. Advised front desk. The issue didn’t get resolved.
