We dined at Hiroshi for dinner tonight, and Abraham and Irving took great care of us. They recommend so many delicious items to eat and drink, and everything was 5 stars! The view was gorgeous, and everyone was so lovely and friendly. Andreas, the manager, has excellent staff.
My friends and I take annual trips together and this place is going to be difficult to top. We had a group of 14 this time and all of us were amazed by the rooms, views, service, cleanliness, and just overall vibes of this place. Every single person we came in contact with gave top-notch service. Every restaurant had amazing views and delicious food.
The infinity pool was so beautiful, and the pool food was fantastic! It was difficult waking up back at home and not being able just to grab an Ipad to open our curtains, play some music, and order some breakfast in bed. We fell in love with this place and the people that work there. Definitely, have to go back again soon!
I stayed at the Hotel Mousai for 4 days for my birthday, and it was so beautiful! Everyone was so lovely and helpful, and I can’t say enough about how I enjoyed my stay! The rooftop pool was amazing, the room service, the staff who told us about some cozumel sightseeing tours in the Caribe, everything! I will definitely be back!
Wow! This hotel was absolutely incredible- the views are unreal, and the service was fabulous. We stayed in a corner suite, and honestly, I could have just stayed on the patio all day and been happy. Ivan, the pool butler, was terrific.
He was so kind and attentive, and I was shocked to hear that he had just started working there. Ignacio was also a great server and very quick with bringing all the drinks! Gustavo, the bellman, was also very kind and efficient.
The massages at the spa were life-changing – Jean Carlo was a fantastic spa, Butler. He was sweet and helpful. I would go back here any time, my husband and I felt so spoiled!
