I really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. The room was great, the hotel was beautiful, and we had the best host in the world. Eduardo helped us out a lot. He gave us the ins and out on what to do while we were on vacation. If I revisit Puerto Vallarta, I will definitely stay at the Marriott.
The staff at the Marriott Casa Magna in Puerto Vallarta were absolutely fabulous. Laura, Viviene, Bella, and Ernesto genuinely did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, memorable, and safe. They also gave me amazing riviera maya fishing suggestions. I can’t wait to visit again-hopefully soon!
Close to the airport, bus stop downtown right outside the resort (only 10 pesos), or even easier to get an Uber/taxi. Beach was great, and sunsets were amazing.
I and my family’s experience was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very polite and especially Ernesto Aguirre, who is the friendliest and kind person we meet on our trip. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we would recommend to anyone interested in going to Puerto Vallarta.
Visiting from Las Vegas, our expectation of excellent customer service is high. We had the best 7-day vacation while staying at the Marriott PV. All staff that we encountered were extremely attentive, very, and overall, very professional.
A few of our favorites were Ernesto and Mitzy! Ernesto is excellent at what he does and really adds a personal touch to the hotel. He is full of local information and genuinely cares to have a conversation with everyone he encounters. Housekeeping made daily rounds to ensure we had enough toiletries and extras, they were not skimpy and ensured we were comfortable.
We loved the blue bell ice cream bar and indulged daily. The staff here are really good at what they do, and they make you feel right at home. We did not want to leave, and we can not wait to go back. Thank you for your hospitality.
