I have been coming to Mexico for over 15 years, and this is my second home! Los Arcos, Casa Susana, and the suites are the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta Hands Down! Great staff, fantastic environment, unbelievable food, by far the best place to be either with family or solo! Great prices, great rooms, and nonstop enjoyment!
This second home never ceases to put a smile on my face! Adrian rocks the activities and recommendations like the snuba diving cozumel daily, and the kitchen staff makes a meal better than you’ve ever dreamed! I wish I could put 11/10 cause it’s above and beyond my expectations! Keep up the great work and love that goes into everything at Playa Los Arcos/suites and Casa Susana!
We had a fantastic time. A vast ocean view and the sound of the waves all day and night. The hotel is very tourist and family friendly in the middle of the old town section: lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We chose the inclusive package and enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets with a great selection of food at all three. It was very affordable.
The staff is amiable and helpful. The hotel is spotless and has ocean chairs and pool chairs available for both areas. We cannot recommend this hotel too much, it was a fantastic trip!
The service was fantastic, and everyone was really kind. What the team offers is also really good, and I really recommend anyone to come here if the staff wants to have a great beach experience that at the same time is accessible. Will really come back here!
Excellent service, they approached us very friendly and gave us all the information we needed, they are extrovert, and they help out travelers, I liked it and made me feel welcomed which not a lot of trip advisors do.
I had the best time with my friends here! We went out to the most exclusive clubs at the lowest price with the help of Naomi and Adrian! 10/10 would recommend. You will not regret it. They take excellent care of you and make sure that you have the absolute best time in your vacation.
